Position Overview:

Threepbx is seeking a dynamic and results-driven VOIP Sales Agent to join our sales team. The VOIP Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, promoting Threepbx’s suite of VOIP solutions, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of VOIP technology, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Conduct research to identify potential clients within the target market.
Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads effectively.

Consultative Selling:

Engage with prospects to understand their communication needs and challenges.
Educate clients on the benefits of VOIP technology and Threepbx’s solutions.
Customize solutions to meet the specific requirements of each client.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase Threepbx’s products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations to highlight key features and functionalities.
Address client queries and objections in a professional manner.

Proposal Development and Negotiation:

Prepare comprehensive proposals outlining the proposed solutions, pricing, and terms.
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients.
Work closely with the sales support team to ensure smooth contract processing.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of VOIP technology and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
